Featuring an EastDell Estates BBQ and Wine Tasting and the classic rock sounds of Along for the Ride

Race time: 5k – 10 a.m.

 

Race Day Registration and Race Kit Pick up: 8 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. at EastDell Estates

 

Points – The 5k is a point race.

 

Directions: EastDell Estates is located on the Thirty Bench of the escarpment between Grimsby and Beamsville. It is 90 kilometers from Toronto,30k from Hamilton and Burlington, 50k from Niagara Fall,85k from Guelph and 45 miles from Buffalo.

 QEW to Bartlett Rd. in Grimsby

  • South on Bartlett to Regional Rd. 81
  • Turn left on Regional Rd. 81   to Mountain view Rd.
  • Turn right on Mountain view Rd to Locust Lane
  • Turn left on locust Lane to EastDell Estates

 

Parking: at EastDell Estates – Limited please carpool if possible

5k Awards: 1,2,3 overall top master and 3 deep in 5yr age groups 14 and under to 70 plus

 

Sub 20 Club: Men who run under 20 minutes and women who run under 22 minutes will receive a custom made medal to recognize their accomplishment.    

 

 Prize money: 1st overall -$200, 2nd overall - $150, 3rd overall - $100   top master - $50

 

Race Fees ( Harmonized Tax included)

All runners Who register by Aug 1st will receive a technical race t shirt, pre registration will close Aug 12th
